It was a pleasant place for the budget and it is located in place where it is easier to access all forms of public transport. Very impressed with cleaning and making of beds everyday. -

Τοποθεσία ξενοδοχείου - The clerk is very friendly and reliable. The security system is also perfect. I strongly recommend this hotel for the upper level persons. - Staff was very helpful. Rooms were a little small, but nice full bathroom and great water pressure

- Great modern cool design of room, laptop with broadband connection, great wellness toilet, location is great to visit central Madrid and main museums; clean and proper, breakfast room with great view, hotel stuff extremely keen to help - the room and beds and shower were excellent, and the location is awsome!

Our stay waa fantastic, start to finish. The apartment we stayed in (one bed duplex) was fabulous - very clean, modern, and had everything we could have wanted to make our stay very comfortable. The location was brilliant, a short walk to all of the major sites. The staff were very helpful, they made some calls for us when our shuttle to the airpo

When we arrived the guy that checked us in was amazing! He was genuinely friendly, pointed out all the places we had to check out and his recommendations were great. The apartment that we stayed in was superb. Very comfortable, perfect for a couple. The furnishings were excellent. Location was also amazing. I strongly recommend people stay here when they visit Madrid.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff - either well trained or the hotel is very lucky! We will definitely return to Madrid and the Radisson Blu will be our first choice of accommodation. Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff, really excellent room for our family of 5, very spacious, clean with very good facilities. Central room divider worked very well felt like we had two rooms. Lovely central courtyard area too. Great location 10 minutes walk from the Gran Via. Wifi in the room was patchy but it didn't really matter as

Location, room design, quality of breakfast, room composition, kithen facility, modern shower, laptop with internet in the room. Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.

Very good hotel, staff very friendly and helpfull. The bedroom are clearly not made for friends sharing room, as all seperation between shower and bedroom are glasses... It was a home from home, which is great after staying in hotels. The facilities were excellent and the location was great, just five minutes from Puerto del Sol. This hotel was a great value for the money. It was clean, refurbished, friendly staff, centrally located, gay-friendly, etc. Particularly liked the free Internet and computer in the room itself. It was central in Madrid- within walking distance of many of the main tourist sites .But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful at all times. By means of public transport everything can be reached easily. Big room with huge beds and a large balcony. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful to all your requests (even after paying the hotel bill). The buffet breakfast is very good, you can have whatever you want. The waiters are exceptionally nice.

Beautiful apartment overlooking busy Fuencarral, so perfect to watch the world go by and right at the centre of things. Great with kids, lots of space and lovely friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help- arranged airport transfer, stored our luggage on our last day, extra blankets. I really couldn't recommend highly enough. -
