Beautiful apartment overlooking busy Fuencarral, so perfect to watch the world go by and right at the centre of things. Great with kids, lots of space and lovely friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help- arranged airport transfer, stored our luggage on our last day, extra blankets. I really couldn't recommend highly enough.
The apartment is fully equiped: washing mashine, iron etc. Baby bed is also available upon request. The size of the apartment is ok which was very important for us as we travelled with 4 children. The children liked the place very much, I'd recommend it for big family's like our.όλα τα σχόλια »
Excellent location. On corner of Pedestrian Street. All of Madrids sights within walking distance. Cabs also easily hailed on the corner street.
Very clean, well organized apt.
Had a problem with lights in a bathroom, which was taken care of immediately!.
The location was superb, close to everything but on a side street so it
was not as noisy as if it would have been on the main. The place was
clean with plenty of space for two people.It was very safe and the
garage owner next door was very nice.
The location is perfect. In the middle of calle fuencarral, close to best shops, restaurants and all the best clubs.

It´s a totally new apartment, in fact we were its first guests, very tidy acommodation, modern design, cleanliness, and its location is almost perfect.

We had a beautiful 2 bedroom apt..Unfortunately, the kids room was located on the side over the pedestrian street which was very noisy all night. The Master bedroom faces an inner courtyard, so we heard nothing at all. So there is a small price to pay for a fabulous location.
It was dark and many of the lights were burned. We could not find
replacements. The air/heat was difficult to regulate and there was
no set of instructions anywhere for it or the tv. We realize that many
Europeans do not need the instructions but as we were not from in
country we did! If we would have had to use the pull out couch there was
no blankets for it and because of our inability to regulate the
temperature it would have been difficult to sleep on it comfortably.
We only could stay 1 day!.
Nothing really, I will definetely repeat next time I have to travel to Madrid.
Lack of basic cutlery, washing machine tablets. Our appartement didn't shut securely.
Tried for couple weeks to get directions and all from the email provided
in booking email but no one responded until we actually were there in
the room. Since there is no website or directions provided with booking
or even a sign outside the building, we had a horrible time finding this
place. Eventually passerby called them and folks came to check us in to
the apartment after some 30+ minute wait. Room was excellent but
logistics little challenging.
No daily maid cleaning
Small bathroom
No toiletries (shower gel etc) except for a few sachets.
The hot water is not enough for taking shower for family of five persons.
Beds were not as advertised and we have made a formal complaint.
The description and photographs of the apartment on the website did not match reality. Not all the photographs on the website were of the apartment we were allocated. This caused a problem with sleeping arrangements causing one of our group to sleep on the sofa bed.
