  Friendly helpful staff at entrance, location is the biggest plus and minus. Metro station is within walking distance. Centre of Madrid is within walking distance. Convenience store and cafe right next to the apartment building, on either side. Clean apartment, including bed linen and towels. Also, Gracia who is in charge of the apartment was very helpful and friendly with us. She also speaks good English which is a big plus in Seville (if you don't speak Spanish)! Highly recommended!
