Apartments are an apartment on the 4th floor with two bedrooms, living
room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary
kitchenware, coffee maker, microwave oven. Trere are sofa, tv in the
living room. Trere are bed, wardrobe, bedside tables in the bedroom From
the landing there is access to the roof, which otkravaetsya view of the
city. Location is very good, walking distance to the Cathedral - 15
minutes. Nearby there is a supermarket. Second bedroom occupied pair

Apartment was great. Everything was clean, spacious apartment. Not far to the Main Street. Value for money! The apartment also had a washing machine and a large roof terrace to dry all our clothes. The apartment has 2 rooms with a shared kitchen/bathroom, as no one else booked for the night we had the apartment to ourselves. Would highly recommend this place.
Amazing place to stay for the price! We had a full living room, kitchen,
ac in our room, tv with dvd player and some DVDs, and only one other
room to share the whole apartment with. Definitely an unbeatable deal
for travelling couples or pairs who want a little privacy.
Really good location too nearby to the mushrooms.
Its inexpensive here. When the first day we arrive here, the other rooms guests are not here yet. We got all the apartment by our won. You can cook here and the room is okay for sleep. so its quite good for staying here, also near the main shopping street.
Apartment was clean and it is a flat with nice living room, kitchen with washing machines and two rooms for guests. We were feeling like home there, everything was awesome. Hosts are also very friendly and we saw them only when moved in.

We were met by a very helpful young man who showed us round the
apartment and gpave us some good information about Seville.

The bathroom has a bad drain. Standing water, which is unpleasant. в

You have to call the listed number to arrange to pick up keys as, we overlooked this part and didn't realize until we got there. We called and the owner came 20 mins later which was not a problem. Not the owners fault though.
There was a small note on letsbookhotel.com that I would need to call in
advance to get in. Not an issue if you have a phone, but if you don´t
have a phone, might consider staying elsewhere.
Not really complaint, but when we were there the television is not working well. There is no sound there but since we go out quite often so it doesnt really bother a lot. of course it would be better if it works.
It is horible for parking the car. It´s a plaece for go in a public transport .
You may be sharing your apartment with another couple..
A bit noisy at night.
It wasnt the description it gave. Not the same as the pictures shown
neither. Wasnt clean and fully unconfortable. Didnt have the basic
equipment you need in the kitchen.
The apartment was uncomfortable,shabby,poorly furnished The bed was
lumpy the pillows and bed linen cheap and the whole place so depressing
that we left and booked into a nearby hotel without spending a night in
the apartment.
Facilities are poor and lacked general cleanliness. Shower room is
designed badly and water floods the bedroom every time the shower is
used, extra towels were requested from staff but were not provided.
The apartment was not cleaned very well and dirty water was left in
a mop bucket in the hallway. The bathroom also smelt dirty and damp
on arrival.
