Brilliant customer service - staff could not do more for us. Our airline
"mislaid" our suitcases and the staff went out of their way to

We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

spacious and very comfortable, felt homey. Bathroom very elegant and had
all the amenities. Breakfast was not too bad, but not amazing. Location
to Krupowki street was about 20-30min walk. Not a bad walk during the

The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group
of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or
requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request
onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for

Room was clean but small but not a problem location good not far to walk to main shopping and tourist areas.

However we were looked after excellently with a broad choice at breakfast and we also had dinner there on two occassions - these were amongst the best meals which we had in Poland. The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes.

The friendly hotel I ever visited. The staff was warm, friendly and
helpful. The room was large, clean and well design. The bathroom was
wide with all necessary equipment. For only 5 euro, we got a breakfast
with at least 20 different dishes to eat. Coffee, tea and juice always

Staff were very friendly, and we even received a text message before
arrival asking if we wanted breakfast in the morning. We have just
concluded a trip of Europe and Old Tree Villa was the cheapest place we
stayed in but by far the best. Location is excellent for those visiting
Auschwitz and an amazing restaurant around the corner again. Definately
a must if you are in this area.
