We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for
two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had
a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof
windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is
quite busy but we weren't disturbed by the noise - the windows

be well soundproofed. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom really
nice, clean and with heated floor. The room is well equipped in

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

It is a lovely place with a great service, unfortunatlly we had only one
night stay, but it was the best! Our room was spacious and modern with a
really original bathroom, wooden bathtube, Bvlgari set ( eau au the
vert) makes it really special. Breakfast was really good, hot meals as
scrambled eggs, hot sausages were avaiable. There was a variety

cheeses, jams, hams, regional cheeses, vegetables, sweets, muffins and
croissants. Everything fresh and good quality. Swimming pool and saunas

We had the most romantic night with my husbend! The atmosphere, people
around, beautiful surroundings, modern design, amazing views and really
good food and wine makes this place really special! We absolutely
recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to escape from the city and
have a romantic time or just rest. You will find there peace and calm it
is a little bit like the time goes slower in NoName;-)

the front desk staff were more than helpful. i would definitely stay there again but found that it was far from the old city. - the staff were very friendly and very helpful in all aspects.Including arranging all tours and taxi s . Anything we needed was dealt with straight away and done with a smile .The food in the restaurant was very excellent

Everything Was Very beautifull i Was really satisfied with the room. The view from the window Was amazing trought the mountains. I can just recommed this hotel. -

- great extra facilities (swiming pool, wet and dry sauna??) which are available free of charge for guests
- everybody working there has smile on their face and knows what are doing.

Beautiful hotel, everywhere sparkling clean, very welcoming and helpful
staff. Arrived early at 1.00pm and we were able to get straight into our
room. Quick change on straight onto the slopes. Good and varied
breakfast selection. Ski in ski out facility. Ski storage lockers with

Superb hotel a very pleasantly surprised! Great value for money, exc ellent food and all facilities were amazing! Used Spa on a couple of accasions too-fantastic hotel! -

La habitación está francamente bien y la relación calidad precio no es mala. Está situado a 30 minutos a pie de la plaza principal. Hay aparcamientos gratuitos cerca del hotel. -
Booking rating fully corresponded with expectation and therefore reflected also into the reality. Hotel very clean, rooms had decent modern style.
