The hotel is next to the entrance of the salt mine which is operated by the same organization. The hotel is designated as one of the historic hotels in Europe. Everything is convenient and comfortable to stay here.

The Hotel location is unbeatable, right across the square from the train station; and 10 minutes walk from the main square of the old town. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. The staff, led by Joanna Domanska - Duty Manager, were exceptionally supportive and friendly during this episode. Our rooms were very comfortable and the spacious, well maintained modern bathroom was particularly appreciated. Breakfast arrangements were good and catered for a wide range of tastes and appetites.

Hotel is very nice, room was large but very noisy from the street. Staff was nice and friendly. All spoke English. Breakfast was very good. Food at Italian restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced.

a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. The ultra modern shower needs a better door to stop water going all over the floor.overall all very good, we WILL be back...

We had the most romantic night with my husbend! The atmosphere, people
around, beautiful surroundings, modern design, amazing views and really
good food and wine makes this place really special! We absolutely
recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to escape from the city and
have a romantic time or just rest. You will find there peace and calm it
is a little bit like the time goes slower in NoName;-)

Locality, very central to all main attractions in Krakow city centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was georgous with a hugh variety of choice for all patrons. The wellness/pool/sauna area was fantastic, especially after walking trails.. breakfast wonderful. Staff so obliging and friendly. Room with balconies is a bonus. New building renders itself appropriate for leisure and business travel. Initially booked for 3 nights but enjoyed the hotel and stayed for 7 nights. Hard to fault. -
