Everything. Quality and cleanliness beyond my expectations. Excellent accommodation, we only stayed two nights but would have been very confortable for longer stay. We were three adults travelling together. The staff could not have been more attentive. We ate at the hotel for breakast and dinner each day - breakfast was wonderful and the a la carte evening meals were very good indeed. Can't rcommend highly enough. Good transport links into town and 24-hour security parking onsite -

the front desk staff were more than helpful. i would definitely stay there again but found that it was far from the old city. - the staff were very friendly and very helpful in all aspects.Including arranging all tours and taxi s . Anything we needed was dealt with straight away and done with a smile .The food in the restaurant was very excellent

The apartment was central to all amenities and away from the busier squares but very close to the many squares,restaurants and markets. The view was superb and facilities were more than I expected. We got quick helpful responses to a couple of emailed queries before our visit, and this was matched by the friendly welcome from the receptionist on our arrival. The apartment was well-kitted out, and very comfortable - the efficient 24 hour heating was especially welcome during our January stay!

Novum House is in a wonderful location about a 5 min walk to the main square, which while we were there had a great Christmas market!
