The Hotel location is unbeatable, right across the square from the train station; and 10 minutes walk from the main square of the old town. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. The staff, led by Joanna Domanska - Duty Manager, were exceptionally supportive and friendly during this episode. Our rooms were very comfortable and the spacious, well maintained modern bathroom was particularly appreciated. Breakfast arrangements were good and catered for a wide range of tastes and appetites.

We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Breakfast was very good, as well as the cold buffet you could have cooked food. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and excellent value.

Great help from Marcin, we were late checking in due to business meetings but it was no problem for Marcin. The kitchen had been stocked with free basics like milk, cereals, bread and even 4 beers which was great when getting there late and most local shops were shut.
Location is just across the park from the main tourist area, less than 5 minutes

Fantastic, well-equiped and centrally located apartment, just on the edge of the Old Town and only a few minutes walk from the main train station. Very spacious and spotlessly clean apartment. The helpfulness of telephone staff as our flight was diverted because of heavy fog at Baluce airport & we arrived much later than expected our already late time. Stayed at Krakow City Apts on 2 occasions. Unit #12 was a studio, very clean, amply cooking area. Unit #4 was a much larger 1 bedroom with sitting area and large kitchen area. Location was very convenient to train station and sights, but location in a courtyard provide quiet from street noise and ability to keep windows open. Staff was very friendly and helpful. a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection.
