  Reception was most helpful on arrival, giving information we wanted, without needing to ask. Being on the edge of the old town it did not take long to walk in to the square.   Great help from Marcin, we were late checking in due to business meetings but it was no problem for Marcin. The kitchen had been stocked with free basics like milk, cereals, bread and even 4 beers which was great when getting there late and most local shops were shut.   The helpfulness of telephone staff as our flight was diverted because of heavy fog at Baluce airport & we arrived much later than expected our already late time. The girl who let us in was very pleasant at this late hour & very welcoming. As the apt was a serviced one it was great not to had to bring towels; hairdryer etc. We had - Stayed at Krakow City Apts on 2 occasions. Unit #12 was a studio, very clean, amply cooking area. Unit #4 was a much larger 1 bedroom with sitting area and large kitchen area. Location was very convenient to train station and sights, but location in a courtyard provide quiet from street noise and ability to keep windows open. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unit was very clean and we couldn't ask for a better place to stay during our visit. They even offer bike rental for a nominal c
