Highly qualified staff, speak English and Russian. We arrived at 3 am and were greeted by the owner himself. Very convenient location, practically next to the Old Town. We do not have to use public transport, except travel outside of Krakow. We arranged for the room rate, although it was possible to find a cheaper option. The room is clean and comfortable.

Excellent location (5 min walk to market square).
Staff were very welcoming and friendly and arranged to pick us up from the airport, they even booked our visit to auschwitz for the next morning providing transport and a tour guide. Apartment was very clean and modern and had a lift which was a bonus as we were staying on the third floor. Apartmen

I liked it all. The staff is superb - their office is just nearby - 20 meters away. They are at the place upon your arrival and they give you two keys. And they disappear after than without being annoying, but they are always at their office nearby. The facilities are superb, it is all clean and almost sterile. Novum House is in a wonderful location about a 5 min walk to the main square, which while we were there had a great Christmas market! Fantastic stay! This was our first trip to Poland and we were in Krakow for about a week. My wife and I traveled with another couple so we wanted a clean/comfortable two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and washing machine within walking distance of multiple historical/tourist areas of Krakow. Fantastic clean and new apartments. Nice kitchen and big luxurious bathroom. Big tv and comfortable beds. Like being at home! Easy to find and within 15 minutes walk to the old town and the train station. Lovely girl at reception checked us in and showed us all the things to see and do on the map and we could even use the printer in the reception. We could also use the washing machine in the room and the hotel provided free washing powder too.

The apartment was central to all amenities and away from the busier squares but very close to the many squares,restaurants and markets. The view was superb and facilities were more than I expected. We got quick helpful responses to a couple of emailed queries before our visit, and this was matched by the friendly welcome from the receptionist on our arrival. The apartment was well-kitted out, and very comfortable - the efficient 24 hour heating was especially welcome during our January stay!

A wonderful experience. The hotel staff were friendly, approachable,knowledgeable and a delight to interact with. Accommodation was good and convenient. Attentive and friendly attitude of staff, reasonable price left nice impression and a desire to return another time.
The room is clean, neat, including comfortable shower and hot water. The presence of the refrigerator and microwave oven, the possibility to make of tea or coffee were a nice addition during my stay. I recommend without hesitation to book hotel accommodations.

It was amazing value for money. The cafe/reception was one of my favourite things in Krakow with great food, drink and prices and the atmosphere was second to none. The staff were SO nice and the rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice and will stay here again for sure.

Pokoje Goscinne Wislna is in a perfect location, literally metres from main square and with chemist, off licence, foreign exchange and other conveniences on the street. The best thing was that it was so close to the main square. Can't get any closer if you don't actually live on the square. I stayed at the top flat on the right - 4 up I think it was. My room was great. With a slanting roof, big beems and really well done up. Small kitchen area and bathroom. Being a female staying on my own it was actually very okay that I had to open 3 locks to get to my room. Makes you feel quite safe - not that I have heard that it would be a problem in Krakow. kitchen appliances (plates, forks, pots etc.), tea, coffee. Moreover,
you will be provided by houseowner with guide-books and maps for free)))

If you book with Old Town BandB, you go to the office first to check-in (open 10-17) and there you will be given a key to your apartement and a map to find it. My appartement was in Szpitalna street (they have the apartements in different houses in the old town), 1 min. walk from Main Square. It was spacious, clean, newly furbished and comfortable.
