I had a great experience at this hotel. Super helpful friendly reception. The owner goes out of his way to help the guests to experience the Polish culture. The location is ideal. Highly qualified staff, speak English and Russian. We arrived at 3 am and were greeted by the owner himself. Very convenient location, practically next to the Old Town. We do not have to use public transport, except travel outside of Krakow. We arranged for the room rate, although it was possible to find a cheaper option. The room is clean and comfortable.

Excellent location (5 min walk to market square).
Staff were very welcoming and friendly and arranged to pick us up from the airport, they even booked our visit to auschwitz for the next morning providing transport and a tour guide. Apartment was very clean and modern and had a lift which was a bonus as we were staying on the third floor. Apartmen

I liked it all. The staff is superb - their office is just nearby - 20 meters away. They are at the place upon your arrival and they give you two keys. And they disappear after than without being annoying, but they are always at their office nearby. The facilities are superb, it is all clean and almost sterile. Fantastic clean and new apartments. Nice kitchen and big luxurious bathroom. Big tv and comfortable beds. Like being at home! Easy to find and within 15 minutes walk to the old town and the train station. Lovely girl at reception checked us in and showed us all the things to see and do on the map and we could even use the printer in the reception. We could also use the washing machine in the room and the hotel provided free washing powder too.

Accommodation was good and convenient. Attentive and friendly attitude of staff, reasonable price left nice impression and a desire to return another time.
The room is clean, neat, including comfortable shower and hot water. The presence of the refrigerator and microwave oven, the possibility to make of tea or coffee were a nice addition during my stay. I recommend without hesitation to book hotel accommodations.

It was amazing value for money. The cafe/reception was one of my favourite things in Krakow with great food, drink and prices and the atmosphere was second to none. The staff were SO nice and the rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice and will stay here again for sure.

Pokoje Goscinne Wislna is in a perfect location, literally metres from main square and with chemist, off licence, foreign exchange and other conveniences on the street. The best thing was that it was so close to the main square. Can't get any closer if you don't actually live on the square. I stayed at the top flat on the right - 4 up I think it was. My room was great. With a slanting roof, big beems and really well done up. Small kitchen area and bathroom. Being a female staying on my own it was actually very okay that I had to open 3 locks to get to my room. Makes you feel quite safe - not that I have heard that it would be a problem in Krakow. Very clean and tidy rooms (with tv, radio and Wi-Fi), wonderful location
(5 min to city center or to railway station), really friendly owner
(pani Ewa). Kitchen annex has absolutely everything - fridge,
dishwashing machine, electric cooker, electric kettle, as well as all
kitchen appliances (plates, forks, pots etc.), tea, coffee. Moreover,
you will be provided by houseowner with guide-books and maps for free)))
Everything is really wonderful - I strongly recommend!
