  If you are used to the countryside and ski-mountain atmosphere, this is for you. We are explorers and as such this place fits the bill in one of Norway´s top winter destinations. The Olympics museum is very close by, although a car or bike is recommended for moving up and down the hills. Good vibe and atmosphere. - As we were there in the off season (the end of April) we received a free room upgrade. The rooms had an excellent view of the snow covered mountains and were very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, if small, and the tv received a wide variety of channels.

  I enjoyed the comfortable room, the Norwegian cold table for breakfast. The choice of a la carte and buffet style dinner at night. The wine cellar had a very good selection of excellent wines. The hotel is a 10 minutes walk from town centre and just a couple of minutes walk from the Maihaugen Mus - One of the nicest Radissons I've stayed in. Lovely location - you'd love it if you were into skiing ! Summer when we were there. Lovely hotel, well laid out, comfortable and spacious.

  Very friendly staff. Breakfast with a lot of different choices of food. Bathroom very roomy and heated floor. Free Wi-Fi - The room we were offered, a suite, ordanary price, because the hotel was full and we had booked month in advance
