  The staff was very friendly - free laundry! There are three flyss buss stops very close - only 40€ to get to downtown Bergen (fish market, the mountain tram, train station) The breakfast was delicious, the room very comfortable - I found the price one of the best in Bergen ...   I found the hotel to be well presented despite reading reviews of the rooms being dated. I also had a room at the rear of the hotel overlooking the park which was exceptionally quiet despite reading reviews about noise.   First of all I loved the staff. Everybody, starting from the reception through the dining room and cleaning staff were friendly, smiling and caring. The location of the hotel was amazing.
