Dined in the restaurant, staff very attentive. I lost count how many times they checked that everything was all right, even to the extent that one sweet girl asked several times if everything tasted good...

Besides the high standard of decor, views, best beds, great welcome staff at reception, rooms clean. Very inviting swimming pool, art on display.
Like the way the Hilton provides good quality toiletries but not excessive in amount. Pleasure to stay there. -

The rooms were a nice size and very comfortable.The pool and spa great for the us to swim in with our grandchildren. Very central to most things.The staff at reception were most helpful in putting us in two units close to one another. -

the rooms were comfortable, the staff I encountered were very good to deal with. didn't like the parking as I had my mother with me and she had to walk a distance; stairs were slow going but then I should have anticipated before arrival and queried. -

The location was perfect, just a little outside of town with your own virtually private beach out front. The property was great for our families, lots of stuff for the kids to do-trampoline, beach and beach toys, while the adults grilled dinner on the outside deck over looking the beach. Also, loved the hot tub! Kate and her husband were so nice

The location was great, right to the beach, close to the famous beaches and shops, all the people there was so nice to us,even the cat ezze came to say hi in our room, but she only came because we want to, very treined and cleaned animal,I felt like home, full kitchen and barbecue machine and area fantastic, faced to the ocean, I will ce back for sure.

Loved the Bali Cottage, so clean and comfy. Cottage setting was so tranquil and very central to the town. Thank you for our memorable stay, we were made to feel so welcome and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Anyone considering accommodation should definately not look past Cambridge Coach House. -

The appartments at Oreti are among the best we have tried during our 3
weeks travel across nz. The facilities include everything you could
imagine like washing machine, dryer, etc. The views from the appartments
over Taupo lake are fabulous Very close to Tongariro national park. -

stunning views , beautiful unit , plenty of room, made one feel like you were in a world of your own but with all the things you needs around you, a lucky find ended up staying three days it was just so nice didn't want to leave. lots of lovely places to visit in the area.

We loved everything. As the hotel was off the main road and slightly elevated there was a fabulous view across the lake and little traffic noise. The pool was a perfect temperature for the kids and getting them out was a problem. The room was spacious and very comfortable and felt just like home. Loved the underfloor heating. It was just perfect.

It was fantastic, will be back next time. We go around a lot of hotels/motels to see what's best. Really loved the friendliness of the staff. They accommodated our late arrival. Bar and pool were fantastic, plenty of car park space. Spacious room, many tv channels. Brilliant.

We are a joung couple from germany and booked this appartement for one night. When you arrive at the carpark it just looks like a usual motel, nothing special. But wait until you see the rooms. Sure, it is a little bit more expensive, but the rooms where really beautiful. This was the best (but also the most expensive) accomondation during our new

Good washing and drying facilities within apartment.
Cleaning through out, lovely comfortable bed.
Enjoyed using small but adequate gym.
Excellent location near to town facilities and near to habour.

Room very clean and well presented. Comfortable bed. Nice to have a semi-private outdoors seating area. This was a brief over-night stay so did not utilise any other facilities, but would definitely make this our 1st choice when staying in Taupo in future.
