I was showing an older person a good hotel/good food experience for the first time in her life.(she's 80yrs old)
She loved every minute including your delightful hotel pool. (we were too tired to get into the hot pools)
The food in the restaurant was perfectly cooked. The breakfast was lovely with ample choice. All in all a marvellous experience

The bed was very comfortable and the views were amazing!
The Club Lounge breakfast was fantastic. The drinks and nibbles in the lounge in the evening were brilliant and a great way to unwind. The host of the Club Lounge is very friendly, offers some fantastic advice for travel in the region and looks after his guests very well. I was very impressed with him.

It's a very lovely property, in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, close to many attractions and to the city enter. The one bedroom apartments had all the amenities making for a pleasant stay there. It has nice grounds with picnic tables, swimming pool and sauna. We loved the temperature of water (around 32 C - 94 F) in the swimming pool and also enj

Very well presented. The management very friendly and gave us free milk on 2 days as we were at a Choral Festival and could not go shopping to get the groceries on the 2nd day. Also it had v nice furniture and fittings with a lovely bathroom and shower and fresh plunger Coffee - a luxury before going to bed!

This hotel is fabulous!! We really enjoyed our night there so much so
that we booked another night. There was a lady and gentleman temporally
looking after the motel and they where so helpful on the local area and
where so welcoming. The rooms are spotless and have all that you need

A historic hotel so a great place to stay and good value.... great room and style if like us that's what you go for. But.... within the sulphur smell zone - as are most places in Rotorua.

I had made a mistake with our online booking, but the lovely lady on the desk sorted us out with no bother. Behind us was quite a grumpy customer demanding an upgrade, but the desk lady sorted everything out with no fuss. Glenis, Gyynis??

Well located a short walk to the polynesian spa, local shops and attractions. The staff were super friendly and helpful as we didn't have to many days in the area Marie certainly helped us make the most of it with her suggestions. Will definitely go back thanks -

Strategic location. Very close to several attractions. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. You'll definitely enjoy the hot tub after a long day. I like the fact that it is set well back off the road, which means it's nice and quiet - yet close to everything.
The private spa and pool plus the on-site restaurant is a big plus if you really don't want to go out and about.
We have stayed at Wylie Court on four trips to Rotorua over the past 6 years and we have never been disappointed.

The service was sensational. The staff were helpful, accommodating,
efficient and went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable
stay. My sister in law is disabled and they really made sure that she
had everything she needed and was comfortable in her room all with a
great big smile. Would definitely stay again. -

Value for money this hotel is spacious and the timely arrival of the
coach buses seemed to fill the place with tourism atmosphere.The beds

I like everything about this hotel , location is good easy to find ,modern design .I've book a standard room for our staying , check in time was 2pm , we arrived at 3pm but our room wasn't ready yet and staff asked us to wait at thr lobby until the room get ready , 5 minutes later a another staff member came to us with a key to our room which he first apologise from us and he said they have upgrade the room to a super deluxe room at same price as standard , we love it and have many thanks to th

I liked the location very convenient. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful when we first arrived, even offered great sight seeing options around rotorua. The rooms were well maintained and they even gave out extra pots when we needed it for cooking. Our overall experience was fantastic and will highly recommend this place to anyone

Lovely, friendly couple who run this place. They are so passionate and knowledgeable about Rotorua and activities there. It was very clean, warm and it felt like true hospitality. It was also very quiet and private, great relaxing environment and peaceful getaway. It is also close to many of the attractions - Redwoods, Lakes and CBD in general. Would highly recommend New Castle Motor Lodge.

Staff were very nice when checking in & out & also assisted with booking a tour we were interested in seeing. The restaurant breakfast was very nice & good value for money, The Quality Inn is within walking distance to a shopping mall & city center. Rooms were clean & tidy. The owners are very friendly and knowledgable about the area. The two-
level split apartment met our needs perfectly giving everybody a lot of
freedom. The electric blankets helped keep us warm, the balcony was a
nice relaxing spot. We simply enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Very Friendly, clean, quiet and so close to town. My Husband had just had a hip replacement and the facilities were totally suitable. Heaps of car space for parking. -

Really enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom cottage which was perfect for my teenage kids as they didn't have to share a room. We had the use of the private spa and private BBQ patio area connected the cottage which was fantastic.
I would highly recommend to families wanting the comforts of home while away. -
