The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. -

Very good rates, spacious rooms and added benefit of use of the Sauna and Swimming pools. - The staff was very friendly and willing to help for any questions. This hotel was fantastic. My first time in Amsterdam and I had heard and read from reviews that the rooms in Dutch hotels were small - not at this hotel! I stayed in a twin room and there was plenty space! Beautiful shower and bath, with a toilet in a separate room. A large window for natural light and many mirrors and wardrobe space, room cleaned

- Amazing interior design, small nice details all over hotel and rooms
- Very friendly staff, at the hotel bar we got to wait for our drinks a bit longer than expected and as an apology we didn't have to pay - excellent customer service!
