Hotel staff (Ryokan Owner) is very friendly and helpful. They even prepared hot water for us in a bath tub before we reached our room.Our traditional Japanese-style room is very clean and comfortable with free wi-fi in your room. The room is spacious, bigger than what we expected. Location is Ok. (5-10 min. walk from Metro) If you wanna experience Ryokan stay. I'd recommend Imazato Ryokan ^_^.
