A roomy and bright apartment of 120 m2 located right in the heart of the wonderful city of Venice. The apartment is on the second floor of a 18th century "palazzo" (no lift in the building). It views over a narrow and typical Venetian canal, only crossed by gondolas and small boats. The nearest waterbus stop ("Vaporetto") is the stop "Fondamente Nuove", about 200 meters from the accommodation. You will certainly appreciate the fact that there are no bridges between the apartment and this stop, something rare in Venice! Several hotspots from Venice are close-by, such as the Rialto bridge (about 5 minute-walk), Piazza San Marco (about 10 mins) and the gardens where the Biennale di Venezia is held (about 15 mins). Do not miss the S. Giovanni e Paulo basilica and the "Miracle Church" a few paces away from the apartment.
