environement, building, surrounding, atmosphere - This hotel is like a mini palace.Although it appears a little run down on the outside, the interior is beautiful and the room we had was luxurious and elegant. Very pretty mansion, spacious rooms, beautiful garden, very large pool, good food, and above all extremely pleasant staff very discreet, efficient, eager to please you and respond to your needs at all times. Great location. Lucca the closest village is gorgeous. -

We stayed for 4 nights Tuesday -Saturday The welcome we got from the
family & Staff was like coming home Luca escorted us to our room and
showed us where everything was. Luca had also taken the suitcase from
the car to the room which was very nice of Him

Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful location in a field surrounded by mountains just outside of Pisa. They had a lift, the room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. They also had a fridge with a mini bar. Breakfast was complimentary and included the croissants, lots of delicious cookies, cereals, cold meats and cheeses. They made excellent espresso and cappuccino. We arrived late but I wish we had gotten there earlier as the restaurant is meant to be excellent. All in all, it was

Service from the staff was excellent and friendly. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere in beatiful surroundings. Food was delicious. - This hotel is easy to find with a car not far from Luca and a verry good hotel. a verry pleasant stay.Verry nice people.

The villa is stunning and rooms are spacious. Loved the bathroom and shower. Staff are very friendly and helpful although are only present until 7.30pm. Breakfast was adequate with sweet and savoury options. Great value for money. -

Everything was great - nice and friendly hotel staff, unbelievable comfort, historical value of the hotel and the surroundings, food...Unfortunately I didn't use the benefits of the termal waters, but the reviews I heard from other people are more than excellent... - Everything exceeded our expectations even the dining room was excellent.

5mins drive from the centre of Pisa - magic!
The owners were superb, very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our needs.
They also own a Pizza restaurant in the centre of Pisa, I've got to say it is definitely one of the best pizza's we've ever eaten. -
Very nicely furnished room, large bathroom. Close to Pisa and Lucca. Family own
