We stayed in the separate building (the red one) and we were very satisfied with the room. The location is excellent, in between Lucca and Pisa (app.15 minutes to either of the cities).
The hotel (an old and beautifull Villa) is overlooking a small village and there is a larger hill behind it, making this the perfect place the relax after a busy

The location is fantastic. Peace, quiet, and beautiful views.
Lucca - a magic city by itself - is just nearby. This is my favourite place to go to read and study, and find my inner peace. Almost a sanctuary!
The terrace is a beautifuld place to sit, eat, drink a glass, and digest the beauty of it all.

This is a really lovely bed and breakfast. Marta is a wonderful hostess.
Our flight was delayed, so we didn't pitch up at Marta Guest House
until 2:30 am. Marta was gracious, welcoming and understanding in this
horrible circumstance. I will not forget her coming out into the parking

Marta is so lovely, A wonderful warm hostess. We had a beautiful room with a balcony with views of the green hills surrounding Lucca.
Every room is beautiful. Marta's villa is located an easy short 10 km drive from Lucca with onsite parking.
The breakfast was the best we had in our 4 week tour around France & Italy. Beautiful.
Even the towels & bedlinen were good quality cotton.
We would certainly return to Marta's if ever again in Lucca.

Very conveniently located for exploring the Lucca/Pisa area. The attached restaurant was very good. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again. - Exclellent Hotel. Perfect Location, Very nice Staff. Always clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Cheli! Our room had direct access to
the front balcony and for two days we felt we had our own private Villa
in Italy! In addition to the kind staff, and nice accommodations, we had
one of the best dinners of our trip through Italy at Villa Cheli! The
Tagliatelle Villa Cheli, and the grilled beef, were delizioso! -

Everything about it! The location is beautiful, the restaurant food is
excellent, and the service is outstanding! We had a minor problem in our
bathroom and brought it to the staff's attention in the morning as
we were leaving for our day's outing. When we returned everything
was taken care of. Absolutely great service and value for your money.

We loved the fact that is was an older Villa, just outside of the city center. Very Charming with a wonderful selection of breakfast items.

The surroundings were absolutely beautiful. Large warm pool in a big, lush garden setting. Option to eat outdoors at each meal which we did. The room was a good size, excellent bed and the bathroom was modern with a nice bath. The oublic areas, bar and lounges were inviting and the staff were vey attentive. Overall it was fantastic.

The villa is stunning and rooms are spacious. Loved the bathroom and shower. Staff are very friendly and helpful although are only present until 7.30pm. Breakfast was adequate with sweet and savoury options. Great value for money. -

Everything was great - nice and friendly hotel staff, unbelievable comfort, historical value of the hotel and the surroundings, food...Unfortunately I didn't use the benefits of the termal waters, but the reviews I heard from other people are more than excellent... - Everything exceeded our expectations even the dining room was excellent.
