All staff in the hotel were amazingly helpful. Their knowledge of the local area was really useful. The hotel is in a great location for historical sites. We really loved the Hotel Livingston's neighborhood. Walking was a delight, there is a terrific gourmet Locanda nearby. Our room was large with two sets of French doors looking onto the street and to the sea and swimming rock! The bathroom was luxurious - loved the towel bathrobe and slippers. Breakfast was good with an extensive buffet.

The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of all the
historical sites. From our hotel room, we could see the beautiful cupola
of the church next door. The swimming pool/spa is beautiful and the
best feature of the hotel. The restaurant is located in an quaint
courtyard. Breakfast was nice but dinner at the restaurant was
outstanding!

This hotel has been beautifully architected within a historically
important building. We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful,
and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room
(personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy.
Breakfasts were excellent. Location is also excellent with ease of
access to the historical sites.

Pools fantastic Rooms large Very helpful staff, in particular Monica.
Courtyard with fountain and poolside area very nice with ample seating.
Nicely furnished with oceans of space for clothes, even in the smaller
of the two rooms. The large room had a sofa and coffee table making it
very homely. Location near to Segesta, relatively near to Palermo

Monreale and the coast, including the nature reserves made it an
excellent choice for culture, nature and sea. -
We had a very short one night stay but the location is great with easy access to many interesting archeological sites and local points of interest. We would hapily return in the future.

New top end hotel with very easy access to motorway, I.e . Taormina and
Etna north 10 to 15 mins. Room/public areas etc new/very
satisfactory. Sea view a must as rear ("Etna" view) looks over

- Right on the beach
- We were upgraded to the suite with a sea view - seaview meant one window on the side wall with a view on the parking lot and sea behind. Honestly I expected more

The location of the hotel was good, it was quite near to the railway station and also just a couple of streets back from the beach and a short walk into the old town. The wonderful bathroom with a large modern shower was great. The breakfast was excellent, including plenty of fresh fruit. There was a free aperitif each evening in the bar. It only lacks a pool, but there are loungers and a tub on the sun roof.

The hotel now has a good swimming pool, which is not mentioned on this website or the hotel's own website. We had a superior room on the first floor with a sea view with a large balcony. I liked the separate houses. No need to hear the neighbors. The area was immaculate and with a lot of nature surrounding it. The view was great and the blinds keeping the light out were also great. Great breakfast.
