The owners of the hotel were very helpful, and the hotel was exactly what we wanted - beautiful location on the sea front, quiet, easy to park, but close enough for a stroll to a number of good restaurants. the owner family and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful although i spoke very little italian. two staffs spoke pretty good english. the room not so big, but is cozy, clean, very nicely decorated with a touch of arabian style. -

Recently refurbished with modern open public areas on ground floor with small bar area. Very comfortable reasonably sized room in which everything worked very well - efficient AC and excellent hot water pressure although the shower cubicle is one of those very compact jobs.
The reception staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and informative and speak good English.
The hotel is very centrally located and for the price it would be difficult to find a better hotel in Palermo.

Very nice hotel with good location: city center 5 min walk; 3 min walk to the cable way or you can go to the beach by walk as well (15 min) experiencing beautiful views of Isola Bella. The stuff was extra friendly, hospitable and informative. Nice, clean room with a balcony with a bit view at the sea, very very tasty breakfast. Free parking nearby. We hope to go back to beautiful Taormina one day and we will definitely chose Natalina again and also recommend it to everybody!

Good value for money, perfect location in the central street and very close to the main train station. Room was small but cosy and clean, breakfast was served in the room that made it also quite comfortable. Very nice and welcoming staff; the man working at reception at night shift(unfortunately I don't know his name) was very helpful and friendly.
