the staff were very helpful and friendly . breakfast was buffet with a large choice of hot and cold food to suit everyone.the evening meal was very good every time. the rest of the hotel was up to the normal hilton standard -

Despite of its location, the hotel is trying hard to be posh and contemporary and somehow creates its ambient separate from the outside world. It was convenient to have a restaurant attached - it could be too posh in a sense though. - The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a lot of taste. The bathroom is superb.

The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and they spoke english fluently. Food was also good. - Location for exploring the east coast excellent. If booking go halfboard, food fantastic and good value for the area. No benefit in payingextra for sea view, views from all rooms excellent.

The room was very large and comfortable. The facilities were superb. The fridge was fully laden with water cheese ham yogurts milk cold drinks, and the cupboard was stacked with bread croissants cutlery tea coffee. More than enough. We had a fine balcony and although it overlooked the street, it was nice to be able to sit out and enjoy a tea time drink. It is centrally located only 2 minutes walk from the front and the old town. Couldn't fault it.

Great Amenities/Views when staying in Junior Suite. Comfortable bed. Very helpful staff as they tried in earnest to respond in English and help with all my needs. For people with cars, their free parking was great and location was very accessible to the city as well as getting out of the city. Really enjoyed the hydrotherapy pool and turkish bath.

The hotel was in an excellent location and offered superb value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything was great! Thaks a lot to this hotel and its excellant staff! Location is perfect, there are some beautiful beaches accessible by foot and great possibility to explore Costa Smeralda. Rooms are very clean, decorated in local style. There is a swimmingpool, really confortable for families with children. There are lots of flowers and trees in the hotel, and to get to supermarket you should just cross the road
