If this hotel was situated in the historic center then it would definitely be one the best hotels in Rome. The interior design of the room, the bathroom and the other places (reception, breakfast room) is more than modern, well decorated and elegant. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and cosy. Definitely one of the best designed hotel ever stayed in.

This hotel is quite a pleasant place to stay just outside Rome. We used it as a launch pad for a flight the next day..it's about a 30 minute drive from Fumicino airport. -

We had an excellent experience. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The guesthouses's staff was welcoming and helpful when it came to answering our questions. During the check-in, they even made recommendations of cheap restaurants in the area that serve traditional Italian dishes. All in all, I would totally recommend the Sleep

I have traveled virtually everywhere in the world and have never met a hotel staff so dedicated to serve guests. They were really wonderful with everything from travel tips to printing out documents. The location was nice and the hotel was fairly easy to find. The staff was also friendly and offered to carry our luggages inside. The building has this nice old-style elevator which can be a nuisance for some people (it's quite small) but it's enough for the luggage which is nice. -

Nice and welcoming staff, always willing to help. Nice location (not the most glamorous part of the town but so convinient to be close to termini station). Good value for money. Very simple but clean and calm (ie. what you would be looking for in a budget hotel). Breakfast is simple but included in the price and really nice to have for a good start of the day.

Very convenient for a bus to the centre, very good value for money, good bars and restaurants in the San Lorenzo area. - Considering quality / price ratio, it is an excellent hotel. The garden was beautiful. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The breakfast was absolutely more than a continental breakfast. The staff was helpfull.
