  We only stayed one night but I can tell you it was a great stay. The hosts welcomed us at the door, they were chatty friendly sooooo nice.The room was very nice and the bathroom was excellent - the shower was big with good pressure and hot water. I like this hotel very much but the attitude and friendliness of the hosts is de - If this hotel was situated in the historic center then it would definitely be one the best hotels in Rome. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and cosy. Definitely one of the best designed hotel ever stayed in.

  We had an excellent experience. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The guesthouses's staff was welcoming and helpful when it came to answering our questions. During the check-in, they even made recommendations of cheap restaurants in the area that serve traditional Italian dishes. Rome is a superbe city, highly recommended for those who are passionate about History - I have traveled virtually everywhere in the world and have never met a hotel staff so dedicated to serve guests. The location is very good if you want to have access to the metro (a block) and easy walks to attractions such as the Coliseo but not be right in the Center.   Enjoyed staying here, we one used it for one night to be close to the station to fly out the next day. It's a great budget option, large room, clean and secure. We stayed around the Trivoli Fountain for 5 nights at the start of our trip. We found the restaurants so expensive there. ( You pay gor locatoon). Nice location (not the most glamorous part of the town but so convinient to be close to termini station). Good value for money.
