The best asset of this hotel is the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very well-appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the location was smack dab in the center of everything, and the room was spacious and clean, clean, clean. If you're looking for a formal environment where staff doesn't speak unless spoken to, this isn't the place for you. Palazzo Montefusco feels like you're staying with old friends. My daughter and I had an incredible, relaxing time at Villa Pane. Last year I stayed in a hotel in Sorrento but this was much much better. We had a large, clean room with terrace and an amazing view of the Bay but the best thing was the hospitality of the family and the staff. I can also really recommend dinner in the evening. It is an extraordinary property. Much of the original architecture still exists which makes it a very unique place. The location and view are unbelievable, the rooftop pool and garden are gorgeous, and the food is excellent.
