We were treated like royalty... the owners of the hotel, a family, helped us with all our tourism questions, they accomodated all our needs, and then offered even more! The room was lovely and the view breathtaking! The rooftop pool was truly an oasis! The parking was an unexpected blessing after driving the Amalfi and seeing how scarce it is. Charming hotel, big room with great view. The bathroom jacuzi was a realpleasure, breakfast under the lemontrees was a dream. What I mostenjoyed in Hotel Pandora is the super friendly staff. Don't let the entrance fool you. Once you go upstairs and see the rooms you will be happily surprised. The rooms are neat and tidy and spacious. Salvatore, the owner, is such a friendly guy. He is very helpfull and will point you in the right directions you need to go to. The day of the arrival you fill in the breakfast form and Salvatore will bring you the breakfast that you choose on the terrace on the roof. Ivan and Fabbiana are exceptional hosts - we were grateful to have such wonderful people welcome us to Sorrento. I loved the warm, welcoming staff and Giovanni's delicious cappuccinos.
The breakfast was delicious, the location was smack dab in the center of everything, and the room was spacious and clean, clean, clean. If you're looking for a formal environment where staff doesn't speak unless spoken to, this isn't the place for you. Palazzo Montefusco feels like you're staying with old friends.
