  Wonderful place to stay in Santa Margherita. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, walking distance from sights and transportation. We stayed in the annex which has large, comfortable, like new rooms at a price that made them a great value. It was an exceptional value with beautiful common areas, a great breakfast and an exceptionally helpful staff.   Swimming pool and breakfast area were very good indeed - The sea view from the sea view room was indeed excellent. The pool was great, and we were allowed to use it after check-out. We didn't have to pay for the parking the second day, which I know from experience is rare for a hotel in this area during August.

  This hotel is a brilliant jewel in a treasure-chest of shiny ornaments. The staff are exceptional, and I say that to each without exception. Please pass on my gratitude to all. The sea view was an absolute joy (and I thank you for extra-large balcony, it felt wonderfully luxurious to sit there). And, how easy to simply buy a ferry ticket from the Concierge staff for a trip to Portofino for a scrumptious lunch - A true five-star riviera hotel. Good location just across the street from bagni and also close to the boat terminal to Portofino and 5terre. The garden at the back of the hotel is truly outstanding. One can easily spend the whole day at the hotel without getting bored. Great restaurant terrace with view to the sea. I did not try the pool but it also looked impressive. Room design was lovely and service impeccable.
