Our room was beautiful--the entire hotel is decorated with flower motifs and someone has obviously paid a great attention to detail. Breakfast in the bar was buffet style but contained a surprisingly good selection. Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa. We stayed at this bed and breakfast for 4 nights and it made our vacation to Italy very easy. Location is amazing. Really freindly welcome and a fantastic location in Pisa. Recommendations for resteraunts given to us by the manager (Luca) were the best we found in Italy. He even booked the table for us. We had the bigger room which comes with a private balcony. Plenty of space four 4 of us and room comes with a double and two singles which is good for families.
They were happy for us to leave bags with them all day, which is great if you have a late flight..

The room is in a very old building in the central street that leads to the pisa tower.Decorated in unique way. Really nice place to stay and Katerina the owner is very friendly and ready to help with everything. Nice breakfast included also!For the price is a no brainer!

I spent a very pleasant twelve nights here. The staff are charming,
hospitable, and friendly, and all spoke good English. The room was

km from the Pisa Tower so is fine if you have a car. Around you can eat
real italian food and not the tourist food you get around the Tower.

It is really nice place to stay...it is a walking distance (aprox. 10 mins) both to the train station and to the airport. You can easily reach the city center by bus or by bike. The owner may give you free bikes depending of the availability.
The owner is very friendly and maintain really clean the place all the time (at least I saw her cleaning the place 3 times the day we were there).

My wife and I had a great time in this B&B. Location is great : you walk 20m and around the corner is this big fellow. The leaning tower of Pisa. Rooms and service are very good. The restaurant Il Toscano is "star-quality". Try the carpacio and the tagliata (with rosemary and salt). It's delicious. So a big "thumbs-up" for Nicola and his team.

Beautiful location about 100m from the leaning tower. I spend a lot of time just hanging out the window watching the square and people. The facilities are great, with a well equipped kitchen. The attached restaurant was well priced with good food (lots of local italians eating there).

We liked the location - close to the Piazza dei Miracoli. We liked having a sitting room and access to the garden. Franco was very friendly and helpful. -
The owner of the hotel was extremely friendly and making sure we felt at home. It wa possible to park our car in the garden, which was very convenient.

Simone and Irene were absolutely lovely, nothing was a problem, meeting
us from the airport car rental and finding a parking space for us near
the b & B. Rooms were all beautiful, Irene has beautiful taste. The

We especially liked our guest, Irene, who was so very polite and helpful, giving us all the necessary info about where to eat, which by the way, if you're a fan of pizza, then you should definitely try Le Scuderie - best pizza in town :)
We also loved our room, Magnolia, the perfect melange between classic and contemporary with a lot of design objects.
And last but not least, the location was perfect, with a beautiful view over the Piazza Vittorio Emanuelle II. Oh, and the breakfast was delicio
