We stayed at Two-Bedroom Apartment with balcony. - Its located in nice, quiet area like resorts with private gate to get in. - The Apart is clean and New furniture with AC. - Extremely friendly staff. We arrived too late and they helped us by searching the nearest open restaurants! many thanks to them from me and my family

Accommodation was excellent - new, clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Added advantage of having a pool which was needed after a hot day sight seeing.

Our room was beautiful--the entire hotel is decorated with flower motifs and someone has obviously paid a great attention to detail. Breakfast in the bar was buffet style but contained a surprisingly good selection. I loved that it was 10 minute walk from the " leaning tower of Pisa " , the staff we very friendly gave us lots of information , were great with the kids. We loved the hotel and the staff!. We stayed on two separate occasions and had two different rooms, both lovely. The staff was always professional and ready to assist in any way. The recommendations for restaurants outside the hotel were good and located near the hotel, for convenience sake. We would definitely recommend the hotel to our friend

The room is very nice and clean. There is a lift so you don't need to carry your bags upstairs. Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa. close proximity to the tower is a plus point. Hotel is modern and neat. More than expected than what I had in mind when I made a reservation based on photos and reviews. About 10 mins in a cab from the airport, and another 10 mins in a cab to Leaning Tower, so ideal location. Reception, bar and other shared areas very luxurious. Deluxe room was more simple, but clean and spacious and fantastic bed. Worth money for view of Leaning Tower from balcony! Jack and Jill showers a nice feature. Very good value for €100.

Fantastic location with the leaning tower right in front of the window and in 200m walking distance. Very nice older hotel (therefore not the most modern outfit) with big rooms, comfy beds and nice old furniture. Bathroom was updated and perfectly servicable. Very good breakfast with great service and good buffet. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is right in front of the hotel.
