Any closer to the reason why you are in Pisa, would have to be, inside the campanile (that slightly leaning tower you might have heard about) You don't get any better location to the Campo than this. Five Roses B&B was truly amazing. Flavia the owner was the perfect
host. Making sure everything was ok, her recommendations for places to
eat were first class. The breakfasts were out of this world, homemade

Many people here don't like the location of "Five Roses", but for me it is quite the contrary. The B&B is very easy to reach, if u decide to simply walk from the airport - literally 15 mins - walk along via dell'Aeroporto, cross the railway tracks, go down the stairs and you will face via Antonio Fratti, walk along it and the gate will be on ur left - impossible to miss! the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were clean and cool in the heat. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food. Location - so close to the tower and bars and restaurants. The gentleman on duty was great - under pressure as everyone checking in at once but very helpful and accommodating. Very nice english speaking staff/owner! It was possible to check in even at night (until midnight), not even a minute from Pisa tower!
The hotel is in a small street with no trafic and noise!
Possible to park a car for about 8 EUR day just next to the hotel (we parked at the place where our car could watch Pisa tower the whole parking time :))

Although it seems that it islocated opposite the tower of Pisa, it is only at 20 -25 minutes, andgives you the opportunity to know the city on foot. The breakfast isgreat, it is buffet. The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. They
all spoke my language, English, and were not at all offended by my
complete lack of familiarity with theirs. They were quick to assist me
with travel arrangements and with maps and directions to the Leaning
Tower, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front door.

Pretty much everything was great. The staff were very helpful and
kind. I was a single adult with 5 children ages 2 - 14. The proximity
to the Leaning Tower and other things in Pisa was perfect. My 2 year
old was able to walk the distance easily. The room was more than
adequate for our needs. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and
then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room.
Would go back again!

What I liked most is that hotel was very very near to Pisa Centrali station. We didn't spend any time in locating it. Also, bus connectivity to Pisa was very good and we reach the tower in just 10 minutes.

nice place and so close to the tower, I doubt you could get much closer! no sign outside so remember to take the address with you. Absolutly beautiful place to stay. Right in the front of the tower, but though it is busy in the street it si very calm in the hotel. I recommend it to everyone going to Pisa.

I need a hotel close to the aiport and with a good rate that could arange transfers from and to the airport for me. I got all that from the Airone Pisa hotel.
