Common area (living room and kitchen) are large and inviting. It’s on the 3rd floor , there is a lift/elevator.   Very cozy, family-run hotel. Staff does really everything to make one feel at home. The rooms are very Italian style which I prefer a zillion times over the so-called "boutique"-style that seems to be more and more the same all over the world. The view from the balcony was typically Italia and I loved it.
