Great hotel. Room we stayed in was huge, spotless and very clean. The
bathroom was huge and spotless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic,
with an excellent variety of fuits and other staples. The staff were
helpful and very friendly. If you decide to stay here, there is a
reastaurant around the corner with a waiter named Nikko, he'll take
care of

Mojito Bar right across the street where many people gather, with some
great cuban music. -
Rooms were well appointed and everything worked. Good firm superking sized bed in a standard room. A lot of the original stone had been built into the deisgn and was well done.Very quite. We had a back room 415 and with the shutters closed it was silent. In summer if you wanted to open the shutters there is an aircon machine nearby which is noisy.

Good location. A nice, pleasant, quality hotel. - The location was very good and the staff at hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were new, clean, and efficient.

The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of all the
historical sites. From our hotel room, we could see the beautiful cupola
of the church next door. The swimming pool/spa is beautiful and the
best feature of the hotel. The restaurant is located in an quaint
courtyard. Breakfast was nice but dinner at the restaurant was
outstanding!

This hotel has been beautifully architected within a historically
important building. We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful,
and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room
(personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy.
Breakfasts were excellent. Location is also excellent with ease of
access to the historical sites.

The hotel was really stylish, modern and clean and staff friendly and helpful. We left on the Sunday and were able to keep one of our rooms for a late checkout (6pm) with no charge, we thought this was excellent. - Soundproof room, good location, good breakfest

The location was great, within easy walking distance to Palermo city centre ............... also the view from our room (a front room over looking the harbour) was brilliant although the other couple we were travelling with got a room at the back of the hotel which over looked what appeared to be a shanty town. It didn't bother them though as were

Full size clean and modern room. Large bed and bathroom. Great TV selection, including BBC and Fox. Excellent location and breakfast service. - Large, comfortable rooms. Great air conditioning and large bathtub. Excellent value and good location. Convenient parking garage.

The whole experience was excellent ! The welcome and assistance was extremly helpful. Recommendations of restaurants were followed up by booking and taxi,restaurants recommended were excellence.Breakfast served in room of excellent coffee ,freshly made selection of small croissants, breads and pastries with jams and marmalades.Requests attended to

I liked it because it is near to the centre and easy to move around the city, oviously the price was excellent too. - Comfortable double bed
