Bright, clean & freshly restored. Friendly & helpful owner & staff - really made to feel at home. Although a Bed & Breakfast, we could come and go at any time. -
This is my second visit to B&B 22. I love the design element and the comfort. It is very conveniently located and I had no difficulty with parking either.

The perfect location in the centre of Palermo. Although located on one of the main shopping roads, the balcony has both double doors and shutters which keep out the noise. The owner is a very friendly person and is really helpful.
The B&B is well placed in the historic center of Palermo and not far from the bus which can bring you to the beach of Mondello. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

My husband and I stayed at Vado al Massimo July 14-18 (2013), and had a
lovely experience. Most important to us…the rooms are very clean and
well decorated. Though the rooms are only cleaned every two days (during

Good location, 3 minutes away from Teatro Massimo and one of the main
streets. A lot of shops and places to eat near by. I appreciated the
fact that the owners contacted me before my arrival to check the arrival
time. The room was clean, had a tv and air conditioning. Parking was
available right in front of the building, free of charge.

The sympathy of the staff was incredible. Always available to help, they told us all the important things to see in Palermo, where to go for the beach,what and where to eat typical things from Sicily, where to go out for a drink, etc. And everything was pointed out in the map. Optimal accommodation for those who arrived in Palermo to experience an
opera performance staged in Teatro Massimo. Very friendly staff may be
contacted in English. Cleansess very good. 'Strong' breakfast,
much more European than traditional Italian. The accommodation
represents a good value for money. General impression: very positive,

The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of all the
historical sites. From our hotel room, we could see the beautiful cupola
of the church next door. The swimming pool/spa is beautiful and the
best feature of the hotel. The restaurant is located in an quaint
courtyard. Breakfast was nice but dinner at the restaurant was
outstanding!

This hotel has been beautifully architected within a historically
important building. We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful,
and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room
(personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy.
Breakfasts were excellent. Location is also excellent with ease of
access to the historical sites.

This hotel has a great location, right in the city center. All tourist atractions in Palermo can be reached by foot. Also, it is easy rechable from the airport by bus. Our room was very comfortable and clean, but a bit dark. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer our questions, recomand nice places to eat and even help us with our short trip to Monreale.

We loved this apt very much. We have been traveling about 10 days
thorough Italy staying at hotels before coming here. We are so pleased
to go shopping and get fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese, and variety of
fresh seafood, etc form the market just behind the building. The room
was spacious and clean with well equipped kitchen that I cooked fresh
groceries. Also it located a good location which is most of the
attractions are walking distance. If you want to experience living
little like Italian

The help from the staff. The individually served continental breakfast. The location which is ideally placed for the central train and bus station. The family atmosphere/decor of the hotel. -
Both older couple of the ownner and young couple of thier son were very cheerful and hospitable. Wide and clean room. Wonderful breakfast.

The rooms are HUGE and clean. The young girl was very friendly and helpful and assisted us in requests the best she knew. She had no qualms if we wanted extra cleaning to our rooms.
Ample breakfast available, with YUMMY fresh brioches available
This apartment was located in the heart of the Palermo.

It's an excellent place to stay in the center of Palermo and only to 20 minutes from the Mondello beach. The room that we stayed was beautiful decorated and was very confortable and clean. The girl who did the breakfast and the laundry service was very pleasant and friendly.

The location was great, within easy walking distance to Palermo city centre ............... also the view from our room (a front room over looking the harbour) was brilliant although the other couple we were travelling with got a room at the back of the hotel which over looked what appeared to be a shanty town. It didn't bother them though as were
