  Our host was very lovely and more than happy to help me chase up the airline to try and locate a missing bag. The breakfast was plentiful and the coffee delicious. The location was excellent - very close to Via Roma which led to the train station. Despite being close to main streets the B&B was very quiet. The bed was very comfy. - The room was done to a high standard with top end fixtures and fittings the shower with its colour changing light The bed was very comfortable being on a main street the room was very quiet due to the double glazing overall very good and central to most attractions p.s the breakfast was good with a good selection of pastries and cereals and the owner makes a nice cappuccino plus she was very helpful in booking us a taxi

  Bright, clean & freshly restored. Friendly & helpful owner & staff - really made to feel at home. Although a Bed & Breakfast, we could come and go at any time. - This is my second visit to B&B 22.   This hotel is situated in a relatively quiet and pretty piazza compared to the surrounding hustle,and parking is easy on site. There is a great market for food lovers around the corner. The area did appear rather dodgy but in reality was not although you have to factor in the noisy locals that gather in the square below.   Great hotel. Room we stayed in was huge, spotless and very clean. The bathroom was huge and spotless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with an excellent variety of fuits and other staples. Good firm superking sized bed in a standard room. A lot of the original stone had been built into the deisgn and was well done.Very quite. We had a back room 415 and with the shutters closed it was silent. In summer if you wanted to open the shutters there is an aircon machine nearby which is noisy.
