We used the shuttle service to get from the airport to the Residenza which suited us well. The place was very clean and modern. The bathroom for the room is not actually connected to the room but across the hall. This isn't a big deal as there are only about 4 rooms in the hall. The minibar is cheap and well stocked. There is a supermarket just around the corner as well as some nice restaurants and an information centre. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with good English. They gave

This is an interesting place in the absolute heart of old Palermo. It has an art gallery on the ground floor and occupies several rooms of a renovated apartment block. Spotlessly clean large comfortable room with nice furniture. Lovely, helpful owners. It is a very short walk to some good restaurants and bars, you may have to book, quite busy. The owners are opening an art gallery/library/wine bar in the complex and as these are housed inside large wooden doors, I believe will provide a quiet haven from the busyness of Palermo. Free wifi. The B&B is well placed in the historic center of Palermo and not far from the bus which can bring you to the beach of Mondello. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

The sympathy of the staff was incredible. Always available to help, they told us all the important things to see in Palermo, where to go for the beach,what and where to eat typical things from Sicily, where to go out for a drink, etc. And everything was pointed out in the map. The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of all the
historical sites. From our hotel room, we could see the beautiful cupola
of the church next door. The swimming pool/spa is beautiful and the
best feature of the hotel. The restaurant is located in an quaint
courtyard. Breakfast was nice but dinner at the restaurant was
outstanding!

This hotel has been beautifully architected within a historically
important building. We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful,
and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room
(personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy.
Breakfasts were excellent. Location is also excellent with ease of
access to the historical sites.

This hotel has a great location, right in the city center. All tourist atractions in Palermo can be reached by foot. Also, it is easy rechable from the airport by bus. Our room was very comfortable and clean, but a bit dark. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer our questions, recomand nice places to eat and even help us with our short trip to Monreale.

The location was great, within easy walking distance to Palermo city centre ............... also the view from our room (a front room over looking the harbour) was brilliant although the other couple we were travelling with got a room at the back of the hotel which over looked what appeared to be a shanty town. It didn't bother them though as were

This hotel is situated in a relatively quiet and pretty piazza compared
to the surrounding hustle,and parking is easy on site. There is a great

Salvo on reception looked after us superbly. We were upgraded to a suite
and what a beautiful room with balconies and comfy furniture. The area
did appear rather dodgy but in reality was not although you have to
factor in the noisy locals that gather in the square below. It was out
last night of holiday and I suppose slightly fearful of venturing
outside in the nearby streets (unfounded, of course) we dined in the
