The help from the staff. The individually served continental breakfast. The location which is ideally placed for the central train and bus station. The family atmosphere/decor of the hotel. -
Both older couple of the ownner and young couple of thier son were very cheerful and hospitable. Wide and clean room. Wonderful breakfast.

Recently refurbished with modern open public areas on ground floor with small bar area. Very comfortable reasonably sized room in which everything worked very well - efficient AC and excellent hot water pressure although the shower cubicle is one of those very compact jobs.
The reception staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and informative and speak good English.
The hotel is very centrally located and for the price it would be difficult to find a better hotel in Palermo.

We used the shuttle service to get from the airport to the Residenza which suited us well. The place was very clean and modern. The bathroom for the room is not actually connected to the room but across the hall. This isn't a big deal as there are only about 4 rooms in the hall. The minibar is cheap and well stocked. This place is fantastic! It says bed and breakfast in the title but the quality of service that is offering is easily comparable to some of the very good hotels I have stayed in the past!! It is a converted old house with excellent decoration.
