The staff was friendly and helpful, and since we first stayed at Hotel Ambasciatori two years ago, they've made several improvements: an additional desk in the lobby as you enter, ethernet in the rooms (bring your own cable), etc. The real reason to stay, though, is still the amazing breakfast terrace, which affords the best view of Palermo we've

The staff is excellent and the rooms are comfortable. Also, thelocation on Via Roma not far from the train station and within walkingdistance of good restaurants as well as the monuments and sites. Thebathroom in the newer room we were given this time was excelent, large,clean, great shower.

The hotel is centrally located in Palermo, close to the various places that would be of interest to tourists. There were a number of good restaurants in the neighborhood and shopping on the nearby via Roma, if one were so inclined. The room was large and well furnished, with a large armoire and a flat screen TV. - The staff was exceptionally help

The hotel is ideally located right in the center of Palermo's
historic district, - all main attractions are in walking distance. The

I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.

Very nice hotel, we had a suite with a terrace at the front of the hotel and it was lovely. About a 20 minute easy walk from the centre, but regular buses available if needed, and airport bus stop very close.
