  The greatest,loveliest, friendliest reception lady ever!!! Great room , really big, with greatly designed bathroom, even slippers offered!big breakfast buffet with fresh orange juice and great variety of salty and sweet food, helpful and gentle kitchen stuff. Real fruit, crush your oranges for juice!

  Welcoming, warm, friendly personable hosts greet you upon arrival and you can't help but soak in the specatular gardens, surrounding this lovely elegant castle resort which is far enough away from town to appreciate the quiet and outdoors, but close enough... This made our stay even more enjoyable. When we made a mistake on our reservation - The hotel is beautiful as is the location. The staff were excellent and could not do enough to help. Stayed in the new wing of the hotel, the room was very big as was the bathroom (which was bigger than a lot of hotel rooms I stayed in in Italy). Breakfast was great, with a decent selection. No restaurant in evening but there are two restaurants within 5 min walk and the hotel has a selection of menu's if you wish to order food in, and they provide plates etc. Can not recommend this hotel enou
