  The staff was very friendly & helpful. The location of the apartment is fabulous. Perfect location, from hotel it's 2 minutes on walk to Milan central train station. The best thing there terminates airport shuttles, so you can be on time even for early morning flight. From the initial confirmation email asking us if they could help with transfer services, what kind of pillows we wanted, sound dock for iphone, etc. We asked for them to arrange a car to pick us from the airport at 6.00am Arriving at the hotel we were greeted like famiily friends, offered coffees as th... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ey completed the paperwork. To our surprise they offered to check us in early and also upgraded our room to a Junior suite.The service was at all time - The location could not have been better; 2 minutes from the Duomo and Galleria Victor Emanuel. The staff was most attentive and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable.. The lighting in the room was superb and counter/table space was plentiful, even in the bathroom.
