The hotel was beautiful and right in the heart of Rome just a few steps
from the Parliament. The staff was extremely welcoming and assisted us
with everything we needed (directions, restaurants [Gino’s was
fantastic!], and the private chauffeur). The breakfast each morning was
delicious with cook to order eggs, croissants, jams, meat and cheeses

Extremely helpful and friendly staff made our stay memorable. Close enough to walk to all of the major tourist attractions. Clean comfortable room with great shower facility a plus after a days sightseeing. Private airport transfer they arranged was by a mercedes and was only 7 euros more than an airport taxi, well worth it. The rest of Jonathan, Simona and Constantin's help and recomendations were just as good.

I've never come across such a friendly proprietor as Valerio. Nothing was too much trouble. The fact he speaks English and keeps in touch by email was also fantastic.
Location was good as it allowed access to most of the tourist sites by bus or foot. Definitely recommend it. Grazie Valerio!

This hotel is really convenient to exploring Old Rome. The Coliseum was
a little bit of a walk, but all the other big sights were within a 20
minute walk. Piazza Navarone is only about a 3 minute walk. St. Peters
15 - 20 minutes. The hotel was recently updated and room size was
impressive. Only hotel in Italy we stayed at that had an in-room coffe

The staff at this hotel were, by far, the best we experienced
throughout our stay in Italy ( we stayed in five hotels across five
cities) - they had not problem taking the time to provide great
recommendations for places to visit and to eat - they made our trip
there wonderful! The location is great - super close to many

Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner.
Townhouse Spagna is located near the Spanish Steps and is a trendy part of town where all the nice boutiques are. Great city living.

Lots of options for eating on your doorstep too with a lot -
Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the
Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day
check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and
provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger
room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna
is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We
had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.
