Amazing location and very comfortable rooms with amazing showers. My first night I stayed in one of the rooms with no windows and though this may seem unpleasant for some, I found it great as my room was comfortable, quiet and dark making it perfect for sleeping. My husband & I recently stayed at Les Fleurs and were thoroughly
impressed with the design, the large rooms and most importantly the
service. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay
and the staff was more than accomodating. The rooms & bathrooms are

It's amazing hotel! Specially 3d floor "Forest"! Even in hall you could understand that this hotel is right place for stay in Rom. We have booked Doubleroom Deluxe but hotel upgraded room till Junior suite without extra money! Suite has moved bed and jakuzzi like small pool! Hotel is only few minuts from Piazza Spagna, underground, shopping street, restaurants, Fontaine de Trevi etc. Personal is very friendly! We will be back one (or more) times for sure!

We liked everything about this cosy and home away from home hotel. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing - a 1 minute walk to Spanish steps. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, a food store is 5 min walk. We stayed at Piazza Di Spagna for three nights and then returned for another night after travelling to Positano. The location is perfect, within walking distance to most of the tourist sites, the Metro and villa Borghese which is a great place to take the kids. the room is spacious, clean and modern. Our entire stay at Piazza di Spagna Prestige was a marvel. This is a
beautiful boutique hotel, where each of the rooms has its own distinct
