Staff is excellent, always ready to please and help. Michelle speaks perfect English. Location is perfect. Although it is not on a canal, it's only 20 seconds walk to Grand Canal, 30 min leisuer walk to St. Marco's Squre, and 10 min walk to St. Lucia Train Station which is very convenient to us as we were travelling by train.

Elegant spacious rooms with attention to detail and good facilities. Spotlessly clean, with good quality toiletries and plenty of towels changed daily. Excellent comfortable bed and quiet location ensured good nights sleep. Staff were delightful and friendly, all spoke excellent english and could not do enough to make sure our stay was a memorable one. The Pisani is an amazing hotel of old world charm and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful furniture and surroundings made for the perfect stay.

Although the menu was the same each day, the food was plentiful freshly prepared. The breakfast room staff were very accomodating. The front desk staff were very attentive to any requests, very helpful and graciously answered our many questions, especially Carlos. The room and hotel was very clean and nicely furnished. It's a good value for the money spent in a city where some businesses easily gouge tourists. The staff are very friendly and accomodating, providing answers to every question we had. The breakfast is a cut above the standard European fare and the location can't be beat.

This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it!
We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!)
We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"

Location was about 10 mins walk from St. Marks Square. Close yet far enough away from crowds. Rooms were lovely.Ours was small but had view of canal while our friends had a huge room to make up for lack of view, I reckon! Personally, I loved room with a view. Staff very helpful and breakfast very tasty. All in all, great value.
