  Great location, very close to the Piazza Navona, many useful bus lines--87 to Coloseum, 64 (usually crowded) to Termini or Vatican, 40 (express) to same as 64. I walked to the Vatican Museum. Separate area to store my bag including a dresser. Large windows. Fantastic light to wake up to in the morning. The best A/C I experienced in - I had all sorts of problems that stressed me out the day I checked in. The cab driver couldn't find the hotel and dumped me out blocks away with heavy luggage because he could not find the street and When i finally arrived I realized I had managed to lose the key to my suitcase! Also the light was out in part of my room.the young staff kindly helped me to sort out all of this. Also The breakfast arrived bang on the time I asked for it. My feedback is all about the service. The staff are not bow
