As many reviewers comment, the entrance is sparse at best. The entrance
is no indication of the hotel once you get up the stairs. We aren't

Great location-close to everything. Staff was very helpful and informative. Kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great on the patio. Do have to climb a lot of stairs (no elevator) but very nice place. -
Location was perfect. Nice to be able to put all 5 of us in one room.
Staff were very easy to work with and accomodated some special requests
and made good recommendations for dinner, sight-seeing, etc..

μου άρεσε το γεγονός ότι βρισκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο της Βενετίας, γεγονός που σε διευκολύνει πολυ στις μετακινήσεις - excellent site half way betwee San Marco and The Rialto. The location is so special in the heart of the city where can easily approach all the famous monuments and only 10 minutes from both Saint Marco square to the south and Ponte Del Rialto the north . Directly behind Campo San Zulian (Church), could be hard to spot due to the mazy outlook of Venice streets. If you spot Timberland, you are 30metres away from the main door of the hotel, take the quiet dark walkway on the left from timberland to avoid walking a long detour on the right (which leads to san marco square)

This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it!
We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!)
We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"

The location was excellent..next to water bus /water taxi. The Staff wasoutstanding, and very courteous, the hotels cleanliness and service wassecond to none. Everytime we left the room, we came back and the bed wasmade, and there were chocolates on our pillows, the breakfast waswonderful and the eggs tasted amazing. On a scale of 1-10, I give thishotel a 15!!

This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by.
