The location was perfect. Very near transportation and good resturaunts, and the breakfast was filling and enjoyed by my kids. The staff were helpful (letting us check out later to accommodate our transportation plans) and the rooms were quiet, back off the street. The rooms ( #5 and #6) had great working air conditioning. They were very accomadating when we were delayed in London for two days (cancelled flight) and needed to move our reservation by that number of days. Bookings.com helped us with this (not sure it would have turned out the same if they hadn't). As others have said, the hotel was in a great location. We walked to all of the sites, except the Vati

The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.

Excellent accommodation - a large room, comfortable bed and seating and an excellent bathroom. It is a residenza, so don't expect hotel facilities or services. Breakfast is very simple continental style - a coffee and croissant. Ernesto, who is on duty during the day, is always cheerful and very helpful.

It is in a very central position for walking - 5 minutes to the Pantheon, 15 minutes to the Pal -
- amazing location just in front of historical site, which was directly observed from the window!
- extremely nice and helpful staff who made our stay perfect
- great value for money in the centre of Rome
- nice breakfast especially compared to expectations of just basic stuff with coffee and croissant
- we received free welcoming sparkling wine several times!
- all facilities are very well preserved and even exceed some 5 stars hotels I've stayed in Europe

Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable.
However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of
their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you
feel welcome. Sergio in particular was wonderful to us. He told us about
an amazing local restaurant, found last minute tour to the Vatican, and

here again simply for the service. -
The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

The second we got there we received assistance with everything we needed including restaurant recommendations and help getting train reservations for the rest of our trip. Anna was especially amazing. And the morning breakfast crew was so good to us. The food was delicious and plentiful. We couldn't have been happier with the staff at Hotel Lunetta
