The location was within 1 block of St. Peters Square - you couldn't
be any closer. The history of the area and the rest of the city is
overwhelming. You ask "am I really here"? Fabio was very
personable and gave us recommendations of where to eat that were close
to the hotel as well as how to get to the sites. The room was clean,

The location was absolutely perfect for access to St. Peter's and the Sistine Chapel. Fabio, Alexandra, and Daniel each went out of their way every day to make our stay special. The room was very well appointed and absolutely sparkling clean. We were so impressed with the service that we extended an additional day and our next trip to Rome absolutely will be to the your hotel. Thanks, Rudi for a special place.

Francesca at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Best
service we had on our 2 week vacation. She helped us find a special
event on tv and sent us to a pub that was showing the event. Location
is 5 minutes from St. Peter's Square. Looks brand new. Would stay
here again for sure. -

Very comfortable and clean guesthouse. Nice light room has air
conditioning and own bathroom with shower. Free wi-fi, smart lcd tv,

My boyfriend and I stayed here in mid-October, along with another couple

helpful staff in offering advise on eateries and local places of

The location is excellent in Rome,my wife and I walked to all attractions in Rome from there, with the help of a map. Arriving by train it about 10 minute walk from Metro station to hotel. Loved Pino, the owner!! He was there at a moment's notice if we needed anything and so helpful. He gave a recommendation for dinner and it was the best place for food and value we ate during the 3 days in Roma. Everything about this B&B was perfect.
- Good location near the centre of Rome (I could visit everything on foot).
- The owner is very friendly.
- The room is clean and big, i even had a balcony.
- Very safe neighbourhood, important to me, as i'm a single woman travelling alone.
- Rome is a beautiful city, i'm sure i will return and definitly i'll stay here again.

We made it to midnight mass and the short walk home was better than fighting for a cab since the metro was closed.
