The innkeeper was so friendly!! He gave us a map and made excellent recommendations for where to eat and sites to see. Although we were clearly tourists we felt like we had the inside scoop. Location is perfect... Lots to do and see. Sofa bed was very comfortable and washing machine in bathroom was a bonus. This was an exceptional deal!!!

We could see the Dome of St Peters from our window(double glazing reduced outside noise considerably).Good security with solid doors. Very helpful and pleasant staff. A bottle of water provided for each person each day was a thoughtful touch.

We stayed 4 nights. Had a lovely service from Daniele, who was making and delivering breakfast to the room, always with the smile.
Apartments are in good condition. Location is just next door to Vatican museum, 5 minutes to Metro line A, and generally Rome center is not big, you can get easily to any main location by foot.

The White House is located right beside the Vatican walls, very close to great restaurants. It is easy to get to the historical centre of Rome, since the metro and the bus stop are close.
The rooms are really clean and comfortable.

Actually the hotel is composed of some rooms in some floor of some Scala of some building close to Vatican and all the staff are just a lovely sympathetic Italian man who speaks better by hands and mime rather than English and a woman comes daily to clean the rooms. Loved everything about it. Truly thought the staff and the hotel itself were far beyond expectations and far beyond the small price you pay for it. The owner helped us make reservations at two restaurants for dinner, both of which were amazing recommendations. He was willing to arrive early and stay late to accommodate our flight schedule as well

We liked absolutely everything.
Small family-run hotel with only 3 rooms of which we occupied 2. The hotel is located just 5 min away from the Vatican museums entrance. Public transport just outside the door.

The staff, especially the morning Receptionist, was very helpful and accommodating. Although we were asked to check out at 10 a.m., when we requested an extension of time, he gave us another room where we could wash and get ready to go to the airport when we returned back to the hotel at around 10 a.m. -

Location was tranquil, the rooms were spacious, the availability of a kitchen to cook - Staff were excellent, as was proximity to small convenience store and public transport, some cheap but good eateries nearby. Not too far away from the city centre, and definitely excellent for trips to St Peter's. Plus the rooms were huge, bright and clean.

I definitely recommend Cesar Vatican Rooms. The staff was really nice
and accommodating: we changed our arrival time a few times and they were
always available and welcomed us warmly, despite this not being a hotel.

Very clean. The hosts were great and very helpful. It was nice to have a private room like that which was clean, newly refurbishment with modern fittings and facilities. The room had everything we needed e.g. great spacious bathroom, kitchen, window looking out to courtyard which meant it was nice and quite even though we were very centrally located. Would definitely recommend.
