The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The location is central, at the edge of the Rialto between the tourist/attractions and quieter neighborhoods. Lots of food/wine shops nearby - pastries, cheese meats, coffee, fish, vegetables. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. We will stay there again on our next visit to Venice. - Beautifull

Excellent location and standard of room - delightful quiet part of Venice, very helpful staff - Umberto met us at the vaporetto stop and helped us get our bags to the hotel. The room was gorgeous with beautiful canopied bed and large bathroom all just completed.

We loved that it was so easy to get to and from the Realto Bridge for arrivals and departures and for additional day trips... It was wonderful to be able to walk to and fro to San Marco's Square and despite the close proximity, the price was very reasonable.

The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt. The staff were warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The staff helped us with our luggage, which was certainly not expected, but very much appreciated. The hotel was beautifully presented and maintained, and helped give that feeling of antiquity that you get in Venice.

Lovely small hotel with friendly, helpful staff and in a quiet but central position. The hotel recommended best water taxi company to use, and made sure that although we arrived outside reception hours [1 pm] we could leave our bags safely and go for some lunch until 3pm when reception opens. We look forward to staying here again, and will be recommending Antica Casa Coppo to any friends coming to Venice

All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.

All'Angelo is a lovely place to stay whilst holidaying / conferencing in Venice. The bedroom was perfect and the meals delicious. The staff are most helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very nicely tended and the staff was amazingly courteous at all times of the day (even late night). The location is fantastic (5 minutes from Rialto bridge and 7 minutes to Piazzo San Marco). There is plenty of shopping and eats in the area. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay in Palazzo Vitturi. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was good.
